Very clean, all aluminum construction by Holiday Rambler, Kept inside since new, full sofa dinette slid out, thermal pane windows, insulated and sealed under belly, ducted furnace and A/C, 2 batteries with solar charging system, 10 gal water heater, flat screen TV, DVD and radio, wired for satellite. This is a very well built unit in excellent condition.
